Absolutely. Clark was one of the first home inspectors licensed in Arizona. He has also taught hundreds of other home inspectors through the years. There are over 1000 home inspectors that have been licensed in Arizona. Clark is one of a very exclusive group that also sits on the State of Arizona’s disciplinary board for inspectors that have had complaints from their clients. He is one of the few (5-10) that is in a position of trust with the state of Arizona to review other inspector’s work. On average we spend typically between two and four hours or more on each of our customers inspections depending upon their needs.

Clark is also one of the authors of the International Residential building code which is the primary building code used in the United States and Canada. He has performed literally thousands of inspections. He is the only Home Inspector in Arizona that has been a licensed general contractor for over 20 years, a city building inspector and a state of Arizona building inspector as well.
