I was referred to Clark Booth by a satisfied neighbor. The team came and did thorough inspection from baseboard to attic.I have little markers throughout my home showing all the areas my home builder needs to repair before my warranty ends. Our inspection with Clark and Zack was such a great experience! They were very thorough with the home inspection and took time to explain the severity or the non-threatening issues. Even though there were quite a few issues I appreciated that they did not make it seem like the home was “hopeless” or that there was too much to “repair”.
